A wolfdog hybrid (part wolf, part husky), was born in the tiny European nation of Eastern Slovakovania. Growing through childhood to an impressive size and build, he was expected to go far serving his nation's compulsory army corps; however, a minor injury sustained during basic training derailed his military career. Insisting on completing his mandatory service, he was placed in the mess hall to finish his two years. Upon his discharge, he attended cooking school and returned to civilian life as a chef.
Now 28 years of age, Branko stands seven feet tall and weights 290 pounds, making for one of the most impressive chefs you'll ever meet. He cooks all kinds of foods but specializes in European as well as Greek and Italian cuisines. Early in his military career, due to his size and passion for cooking, Branko's fellow soldiers nicknamed him 'Beef' -- 'Beef Stroganov.' The name has stuck.
